Senior Project Manager
Matthew joined us in 2018 as a graduate Consultant and was promoted to Consultant in February 2019. He has recently taken on the role of Project Manager and is responsible for the management of high-value customer projects, ensuring that customer expectations are met within budget and agreed schedules.
Interested in Agile Project Management, and with a background in Software Development, Matthew graduated from the University of Sunderland in 2018 with a Distinction in MSc Project Management.
His degree provided an excellent grounding, allowing him to specialise in Agile Project Management within PRINCE2 environments, culminating in a project working alongside local government aiding Agile implementation into the current workflow of their PMO.
