Monica’s academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Banking, and over the past 17 years, she’s gained valuable experience in the financial sector, both in her home country and in the UK. Monica has collaborated with companies in the EMEA region and the services sector, giving her a comprehensive understanding of various market dynamics. Over the years, she has implemented cost-saving measures, introduced new systems to enhance financial processes, and provided training and support to other departments to improve their understanding of finance. She enjoys working with numbers and interacting with people, believing that human engagement can turn a workplace into a great environment.
Originally from Romania, Monica moved to the UK in 2013 with ambitious dreams and aspirations. While she’s accomplished some of these goals, others have evolved as she’s adjusted to her new surroundings. In her free time, she loves baking, creating matching outfits for herself and her daughters, and taking walks on the beach. She also loves to travel, exploring new countries and cultures, meeting new people and learning new languages.
